The Leasing Program

Do you want to ride a horse without having the expense of owning one?

Try leasing.

Horse ownership is something that most look in to, but find it is too expense or time consuming.

We offer a nice step into horse ownership through our leasing program. We offer the feel and financial responsibility of horse ownership without the initial investment or long term commitment. Most of our riding horses are available for half or full leases.

All tack is included.

Some horses in the leasing program are:

Andalusian crosses, mustangs, a beautiful chestnut appendix (retired show horse), saddlebred cross, a beautiful bay arabian, thoroughbred, fresian cross, etc.

***Horses are matched with riders based on experience.***

*Stay cool in summer.
*Miles of trails.
*Great hands on experience if you are interested in owning a horse.

Weight and age restrictions apply. Waivers and release of liability must be signed prior to entering horse area.

Lease Options

Partial Lease:

1 weekday per week = $100/month

2 weekdays per week = $200/month

3 weekdays per week = $300/month

Leasing provides an opportunity to practice skills, enjoy trail rides, or simply ride for fun.

Leasers are expected to groom, tack, and return the horse to its corral after each ride.

Stall upkeep is required on lease days.

The lessee is responsible for the lease fee but is not liable for additional expenses such as farrier, dental care, regular maintenance vet bills, and other related normal costs.

30 day notice is required or leaser will not be eligible for leasing in the future.

Full Lease:

$550 per month

A full lease offers the lessee a "Horse Ownership" experience without the additional costs and long-term commitment.

The lessee is responsible for the fee ($550/month), but is not liable for additional expenses such as farrier, dental care, regular maintenance vet bills, and other related normal costs.
